Here at J&S Montgomery we offer a host of apprenticeship opportunities in parts and service to those willing to learn. It offers you the chance to learn, gain on job experience, and still receive paid employment. We work closely with the apprenticeship programme to ensure our employees receive the best training and support.

Not only will you be working in the J&S Montgomery dealership, but you’ll be able to receive training from the John Deere Apprentice Training Centre and at the John Deere Head Office, in Nottingham. Here you will have a dedicated Learning Advisor, alongside the help of our support staff here at J&S Montgomery you will gain valuable workplace skills through practical tasks and real life experiences. You will have a tailored learning plan, individual to you so that your progress can be monitored to ensure you receive the correct guidance and support.
