J & S Montgomery Ltd are a fully accredited Thorough Examination Centre. This enables our trained experts to undertake LOLER testing on your machines to ensure they are LOLER 98 and PUWER 98 compliant.

UK Law requires that all lifting equipment is LOLER certified.This means that, at least once a year, all users of lifting equipment must have their equipment inspected and passed fit for purpose. Telehandlers with man riding basket must be certified every 6 months. Many insurance companies now demand proof of LOLER testing as a pre-requisite for insurance, so it is vital that you get your equipment tested annually, however equipment that is frequently put under strain we would recommend it is carried out more often.

Thorough examination of your machinery ensures that every area of your machine is safe to use, meeting HSE and Insurance company requirements. Upon completion a report will be written and once satisfied your machine is safe, we will award your certificate, and provide the peace of mind you need.
